Variant of GET /external/tramo/{tramo_id} that takes the identifier as a query string. It returns exactly the same data and takes practically the same time (1.41 s versus 1.36 s for the path form, medians of 5 samples on 2026-09-28). It is documented because it exists and works; for new integrations either form is fine.

Do not confuse it with GET /external/tramos?id=... (plural), which ignores the parameter and returns the full catalog in about 10 s.
