ZPP API - Paid Parking Zones 1.2.0

External integration API for Bogota’s Paid Parking Zones (ZPP) system. It covers querying sections, registering clients and vehicles, creating and paying reservations, and querying or paying sanctions.

Authentication: a two-step process. First POST /external/login for a session token, then POST /external/generar-token-api for a permanent one. That token travels with every request as Authorization: Token {token_id}:{token_secret}.

Before integrating: several endpoints behave in ways you cannot infer from the contract — path parameters instead of query strings, a GET that reads a JSON body, a filter that is silently ignored, and availability counters that arrive stale in the catalog. They are documented in the integration notes guide, along with the measured response times.
